National Government / Industry Relations

NCCA sponsored a Capital Fly-in on September 15-16. Participants met with
ECEConsortium, American Children & Families, Pre-K Now, US Chamber, National
Women’s Law Center, and several Senators & Representatives. The
date for the 2010 Fly-In will be the week of September 20, 2010 NCCA has
published its Federal priorities for 2009-2010. They are available at
www.NCCAnet.org.

 

Nearly 500 NCCA members signed-up to take place in the ECEConsortium
Benchmarking The deadline for these participants is November 20th.
NCCA will be making a voter registration campaign available to its membership.
This campaign will not promote any party or political views but will merely
be designed to get more people who care about young children registered to
vote. Watch for details via email in December.
